ReCaFo’s Version of Fast Casual

Fast casual is considered a restaurant that does not offer full table service but promises a higher quality of food with fewer frozen or processed ingredients than a fast food restaurant. The first restaurant to really propel this new sector of the food industry forward was Chipotle, but since their start in 1993, thousands of new restaurants with the same mission statements have popped up all over the United States and around the world.

ReCaFo is a fast casual restaurant that offers authentic Jamaican/Caribbean cuisine, and our mission is to bring great tasting Caribbean food to growing cities around the world with island flair and style. We differentiate ourselves from our competitors by not just centering our brand as a force to reckoned with in the food industry for years to come, but one that focuses on getting to know our customers through not only their tastes in food but also through what influences their passions. We are a lifestyle brand. Our focus on charity, health, the arts, travel, education and other elements of lifestyle sets us apart from the industry. We are focused on being trendsetters in a field that can be considered boring, and sometimes monotone. ReCaFo’s version of fast casual is not only food, but lifestyle.
